Desi Style Spaghetti Recipe

Our desi recipes require a lot of cutting and cooking time. If you want to prepare something western in desi style and in short time period. I'll share my recipes with you, to make your lunch and dinner mouthwatering.

Spaghetti is one of the most popular types of pasta. Even though, there is a spaghetti museum in Italy. Today it is prepared with different types of cheese, meat, spices, sauces and vegetables. My favourite thing about spaghetti is, you can prepare it in a couple of minutes and can enjoy a yummy meal.
   Desi Style Spaghetti Recipe

   Ingredients:
  • Spaghetti 400gms (Boiled) 
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Boiled and shredded chicken 1/2 kg
  • Tomato 2  
  • Onion 2
  • Chopped garlic 1 teaspoon
  • Cabbage 1 cup 
  • Capsicum 1 cup
  • Salt 2 tbsp
  • Red chilli 2 tbsp 
  • Black pepper 2 tbsp
  • Sliced Green chilli 3   
  • Soy sauce 4 tbsp
  • Chilli sauce 4 tbsp
  • Vinegar 4 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
  • Water 4 cups
  Method:
  • Boil 1/2 kg chicken with  1/2 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp red chilli, 1 tbsp black pepper and 4 cups of water on a medium flame for 10 minutes. 
  • After boiling shredded the chicken into small pieces
  • Boil 400 gms spaghetti according to given instructions on spaghetti packet. Then strain it on the strainer and put aside. This process will take ten minutes.
  • Heat 4 tbsp of oil in a frying pan. Firstly fry the capsicum for half of minute and take it out. After that put some more oil and fry the cabbage for the same time.
  • Heat a small quantity of oil in the pan and fry the onion till light golden colour. Add the garlic in it and fry it too.
  • But keep stirring to avoid burning of both things.
  • Now add the shredded chicken and the spices i.e, 1tbsp ( red chilli, black pepper and salt), sliced green chilli and mix all of them well.
  • Then add 4 tbsp ( soy sauce, chilli sauce and vinegar) and mix them for a minute.
  • In the end, add fried capsicum and cabbage in this material and cook this for 1 /2 minutes.
  • After the preparation of this mixture add the boiled spaghetti in it and cook it for 1 minute.   
 Now the mouth watering desi + western spaghetti is prepared in 25-30 minutes. πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹  I love to make fancy comfort food. Plus it is super simple. πŸ˜‰



    Tips:
  • While boiling the spaghetti add some oil in them, it will soften them.
  • You can stock the boiled chicken and can use it while making spaghetti. It will reduce your preparation time.
